Through the Green Apple School Program, Metro will allocate $500,000 in Ontario for the 2016-2017 school year in $1,000 grants. Early registrations will have a better chance of being selected, as grants are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Yes. All applications must be received by December 31, 2017.

Schools can submit however many project applications they want. However, in order for the Metro Green Apple School Program to be present in all communities of the province, each school can receive a maximum of two grants per school year.

If you have not received confirmation, it is because we have not received your project. It is possible that an item in one of the mandatory fields was not entered properly (format of date, telephone number, etc.). When an application form is filled out completely, you are asked to click on “submit”. A project number then appears in the upper left-hand corner, indicating that the required information has been registered properly. If it does not, a red list appears with the required fields to be corrected or completed.
